BOOKING ADDENDUM TO WANDER TERMS OF SERVICE

This Booking Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the applicable Wander Terms of Service for reservations made through CaribbeanVillaEscapes.com.

Caribbean Villa Escapes (“CVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to independently owned vacation villas and related travel and stay-planning services. By completing a reservation through CaribbeanVillaEscapes.com, the individual making the booking (“Primary Guest”) acknowledges and agrees to this Addendum in addition to the applicable Wander Terms of Service.

1. Reservation Terms

Each reservation is subject to the property, travel dates, number of guests, rental rate, taxes, fees, payment schedule, cancellation policy, minimum-stay requirements, occupancy limits, and any other conditions displayed or communicated in connection with that specific reservation.

Because properties offered through Caribbean Villa Escapes are independently owned and may be individually managed, requirements, amenities, services, staffing, access privileges, and inclusions may vary by property.

Where a property-specific or reservation-specific condition differs from a general provision of this Addendum, the term disclosed for the specific reservation will apply to that matter.

2. Rates, Payments & Cancellation

The total reservation amount and applicable payment schedule will be presented during the booking process or otherwise communicated prior to confirmation.

By completing the reservation and providing a payment method, the Primary Guest authorizes collection of amounts due in accordance with the payment schedule applicable to the reservation.

Cancellation, modification, refund, and rescheduling rights are governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the specific reservation and disclosed at or before booking.

Certain properties, promotional rates, holiday or festive periods, special events, or other designated travel periods may be subject to different deposit requirements, payment schedules, minimum stays, cancellation conditions, or non-refundable terms.

Failure to make a required payment when due may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the applicable reservation terms.

3. Occupancy & Use of the Property

The property may be occupied only by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation and may not exceed the property's stated maximum occupancy.

Additional overnight guests or visitors require prior approval where applicable and may be subject to additional charges, occupancy restrictions, community rules, or other property-specific requirements.

Weddings, parties, receptions, gatherings, commercial activities, photography or filming, vendor-led activities, or any use of the property beyond ordinary vacation accommodation require prior written approval.

Approval may be subject to additional fees, security requirements, event conditions, guest limits, vendor requirements, or other restrictions.

Approval granted for one reservation or property does not apply to any other reservation or property.

4. Property Information, Amenities & Availability

Caribbean Villa Escapes makes reasonable efforts to ensure that property descriptions, photographs, rates, amenities, staffing information, access privileges, and availability are accurate at the time they are presented.

Villas are individually owned, and certain amenities, staffing arrangements, club or beach access, recreational facilities, equipment, services, or other features may be subject to maintenance, availability, operating schedules, seasonal changes, community or resort rules, additional charges, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Caribbean Villa Escapes.

If a confirmed property becomes unavailable or materially affected before or during the reservation due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, Caribbean Villa Escapes will make reasonable efforts, where possible, to provide suitable alternative accommodation or another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances of the reservation, the applicable booking terms, and applicable law.

5. Damage Protection & Financial Responsibility

A reservation may be subject to an accidental damage waiver, refundable security deposit, payment authorization, or other damage-protection requirement.

Any applicable fee, deposit, coverage amount, limitation, or property-specific damage requirement will be disclosed in connection with the reservation, within the Caribbean Villa Escapes Rental Agreement, or prior to occupancy.

The Primary Guest remains financially responsible for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or other charges caused by the Primary Guest or any guest, occupant, visitor, or invitee associated with the reservation where such costs are not covered by an applicable damage-protection program.

6. Third-Party & Additional Services

Caribbean Villa Escapes may assist with arranging transportation, excursions, activities, dining, provisioning, spa services, equipment rentals, event services, travel protection, and other optional services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services may be provided by independent third-party providers and are subject to their own availability, pricing, payment requirements, cancellation policies, operating conditions, and terms.

Caribbean Villa Escapes is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service performance of independent third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Additional Caribbean Villa Escapes Agreements

In addition to this Addendum, the Primary Guest may be required to review and electronically accept or sign a separate Caribbean Villa Escapes Rental Agreement applicable to the confirmed reservation.

Prior to arrival, the Primary Guest may also be required to complete the guest registration and check-in process, provide requested identification or guest information, and electronically accept the applicable House Rules, Terms & Conditions of Stay.

These documents form part of the terms applicable to the reservation and may contain additional provisions concerning property use, occupancy, guests and visitors, damage responsibility, conduct, safety, amenities, smoking, pets, events, and other conditions of the stay.

Completion of required pre-arrival documentation and agreements may be a condition of check-in and occupancy.

8. Primary Guest Responsibility

The Primary Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age unless a higher minimum age is specified for the reserved property.

The Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided in connection with the reservation is accurate and complete.

The Primary Guest is also responsible for the conduct of all guests, occupants, visitors, and invitees associated with the reservation and for ensuring their compliance with the applicable reservation terms, Rental Agreement, property-specific requirements, and House Rules, Terms & Conditions of Stay.

9. Acceptance & Order of Terms

By completing the reservation, the Primary Guest confirms that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable Wander Terms of Service, this Caribbean Villa Escapes Booking Addendum, and the rates, fees, payment schedule, cancellation policy, occupancy requirements, and other property-specific conditions disclosed in connection with the reservation.

The Primary Guest further acknowledges that a Caribbean Villa Escapes Rental Agreement and applicable House Rules, Terms & Conditions of Stay may also apply to the reservation and may require separate electronic acceptance or signature.

Where a reservation-specific or property-specific term expressly disclosed to the Primary Guest differs from a general provision of this Addendum, the reservation-specific or property-specific term will control with respect to that matter.

Nothing in this Addendum limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
