Ideal for families and groups, Beachnut offers the comfort of a private beach house with the ease of a dedicated villa team. For larger groups, Beachnut may also be rented alongside neighboring Villa Fantasy for a side-by-side villa stay on the bay.

Beachnut is designed for laid-back beachfront living, with an open layout that connects the living and dining areas to a spacious veranda overlooking the sea. The veranda is perfect for relaxed breakfasts, lingering lunches, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the breeze and views across Bengal Bay.

The villa features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Several rooms enjoy sea views, while the mix of king and queen bedding makes the villa well suited for families, couples, and multi-generational groups.

Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15% during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking.
