Negril Beach Villa sits on approximately one and a half acres of landscaped beachfront grounds with 400 feet of private white sand beach. The villa features three ocean-view bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, creating a comfortable and intimate setting for up to 6 guests.

The upstairs master bedroom offers sea views, a separate dressing room, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Additional bedrooms also enjoy ocean views, with one bedroom located downstairs and opening onto the verandah for easy access to the outdoor living areas.

The indoor living and dining areas are bright and welcoming, with wide openings that connect the home to the beachfront verandah. Guests can gather indoors, dine al fresco by the sea, or relax on the expansive verandah as the ocean breeze moves through the villa. A fully equipped kitchen is available, while the included villa team helps create a seamless stay.

Outdoors, the private pool is positioned to overlook the beach and sea, offering a beautiful setting for sunny afternoons, sunset swims, and relaxed days between the pool and shoreline.

Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15% during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking. A handwritten thank-you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
