Set on 7,500 square feet of private waterfront grounds, the villa blends Caribbean charm with elegant comfort, featuring a heated infinity-edge pool, tropical gardens, expansive outdoor living areas, and a private beach cove for a stay that feels both secluded and experience-rich.

Brown Shuggah is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, with large glass folding doors, a spacious covered verandah, and inviting interiors that open beautifully to the sea. Surrounded by tropical gardens and perched above the coastline, the villa offers a setting that feels private, breezy, and deeply relaxing from the moment you arrive.

The villa includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests. Bedroom layouts include a mix of king, queen, and two-queen arrangements, with sea views featured in several rooms. The home also offers thoughtful comforts such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a heated pool, outdoor dining, a dedicated workspace, gym equipment, and beach access.

Beyond the main living spaces, Brown Shuggah offers a private beach set within a naturally protected cove, ideal for calm-water swimming, along with dramatic nearby coastal scenery around Chukka Cove and Chukka Bay. Staff gratuity is customary and should be prepared in cash at the villa. One listing source specifies a recommended gratuity of 15% of the gross rental rate to be divided among staff members. Grocery costs are additional and are not included in the villa rate.
