SunSpot Villa is a bright beachfront villa with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, set within lush tropical gardens along the coast of Runaway Bay. Designed for relaxed island living, the villa features open living spaces, high-beamed ceilings, French doors, a private pool terrace, a large gazebo, and inviting outdoor areas that make the most of its beachfront setting. The main house includes four bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room. French doors open from the interior spaces to the patio, pool area, gazebo, and garden, creating an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. Two additional bedrooms are located in the courtyard area, giving the villa a comfortable layout for families or groups traveling together. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, sun loungers, lush garden, covered poolside pavilion, outdoor dining areas, and direct beach access from the backyard. Whether you are starting the morning with coffee by the water, gathering for lunch in the shade, or winding down after a day exploring the North Coast, SunSpot Villa offers a peaceful setting to relax and reconnect. Inside, the villa offers comfortable lounge areas, indoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, televisions, ceiling fans, and convenient home comforts. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include ensuite bathrooms, creating a comfortable retreat for each guest. SunSpot Villa includes a dedicated villa team to support your stay, which may include a Resident Villa Coordinator, chef or cook, butler, housekeeper, and houseman. The team is there to help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and relaxed villa experience throughout your stay. Guests have access to the full villa, including the main house, courtyard bedrooms, private swimming pool, garden, gazebo, outdoor dining areas, lounge spaces, and beach access. The villa is located on the beach in Runaway Bay, with nearby access to golf, restaurants, shops, beaches, and North Coast experiences. Whether you want the freedom of a rental car or prefer to arrive in comfort with a private driver, our team is happy to assist with car rentals and driver arrangements. Airport transfers and personalized transportation can be easily coordinated through our team and our guest app, Privé by CVE, ensuring thoughtful support is always within reach as your plans take shape. SunSpot Villa includes a dedicated on-site team to support your stay, ensuring comfort, privacy, and a seamless experience throughout. Please note that certain features, amenities, natural conditions, and access to nearby facilities may be subject to availability, seasonal changes, and local policies. This villa is located on the beachfront, and natural beach conditions may change due to tides, currents, seasonal waves, and weather. Beach access, beach shape, and beach size may fluctuate from time to time. A meal plan may be available and can include breakfast, lunch, dinner, homemade juices with meals, desserts, fresh fruit, tea, and Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. Snacks, bottled water, coconut water, alcohol mixes, special dietary items, and specialty requests may carry additional costs. The Resident Villa Coordinator can assist with menu planning before arrival. Additional charges may apply for extra guests sharing rooms, staff gratuity, and shorter stays. Current booking terms, minimum stay requirements, meal plan details, and any additional fees should be confirmed before quoting. Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. For added ease, a 15% staff gratuity is included in the rate at the time of booking, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay without having to prepare this separately at departure. This gratuity is divided among the villa team in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. Grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars, unless otherwise arranged in advance. A handwritten thank-you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
